The Tower Klebe Energy Difference
How our service stands head-and-shoulders above the rest
Tower Klebe Energy has been providing reliable, personal service to Central Connecticut homes and businesses since Nick Scata founded the business in 2004. He grew it over the years, adding services such as HVAC and plumbing, while offering reliable fuel delivery at fair, competitive and transparent pricing.
Today, our commitment to take care of our customers is stronger than ever. You’re our neighbors and we treat you as such, being there when you need a heating oil or propane delivery, or when your furnace or boiler conks out in the middle of a visit from the Polar Vortex.
One thing will never change: When you need us, we’re here for you!
Our competitors may talk a good game about service, but at Tower Klebe Energy, we back it up! This is our commitment to our customers.
- We fix it right the first time. If the same part breaks within a year, we will repair it at no cost.
- We show up when we say we will. If by any chance we are delayed for a scheduled repair call and don’t alert you ahead of time, we’ll give you the first hour of service free.
- We guarantee heating system installations for one year. We take great pride in what we do and always ensure that you are happy with the result. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your new heating system, we will do everything in our power to put things right at no additional cost to you. If we are unable to deliver on your expectations within one year of the initial job, we will remove the heating system free of charge and refund every penny you paid.
- We are neither the cheapest nor the most expensive. We guarantee value by delivering the highest quality fuels and service at a consistently fair price.
- We leave your home as we found it. Count on us to be clean in your home.
- You won’t run out of fuel on Automatic Delivery. We’ll monitor your use and deliver when it’s time to keep you warm.
