Welcome to Tower Klebe Energy

Dear Valued Customer,

Great news! Tower Energy and Klebe Fuel Company have come together under one brand called Tower Klebe Energy.

This change reflects the strength of two trusted local companies working together to better serve customers throughout Hartford and Litchfield Counties, as well as select communities in Middlesex and New Haven Counties. While our name is changing, the people, locations, and commitment to customer service you know and trust remain the same.

Most importantly, there is nothing you need to do. Your account number, service plan, budget plan, delivery preferences, and local office contacts will continue without interruption.

What’s Staying the Same

• The same local employees, technicians, drivers, and customer service representatives
• The same office locations in Winsted and Plainville
• The same phone numbers
• The same delivery and service capabilities
• The same service plans and budget plans
• The same commitment to dependable, local customer service

What’s Changing

• Our new company name is Tower Klebe Energy
• We will operate under a single brand and website: TowerKlebe.com
• You will begin seeing the Tower Klebe Energy name on invoices, statements, communications, service vehicles, and our website
• We will continue investing in technology, service resources, delivery operations, and customer support to better serve our customers

We are proud of the relationships we have built with our customers over many years and are excited about the opportunities this next chapter brings. By combining the strengths of Tower Energy and Klebe Fuel under one brand, we are enhancing our ability to serve you while maintaining the local, personalized service that has always been our foundation.

Thank you for the opportunity to serve your home and family. We look forward to continuing to earn your trust as Tower Klebe Energy.

Sincerely,
The Tower Klebe Energy Team
